Dublin Masonry & Concrete was founded in 2018 by masonry tradespeople who had spent years working on homes in Dublin and the surrounding Tri-Valley communities. They saw that too many homeowners were getting oversized bids from large contractors who did not know the area, or cheap repairs that failed within a season. They set out to offer something different: honest pricing, skilled crews, and work built to last in Northern California conditions.
Dublin is a city of newer homes, mostly built in the 1990s and 2000s, many of them in planned communities like Positano, Schaefer Ranch, and Fallon Village. Those homes are hitting the age where driveways crack, foundations settle, chimneys need attention, and hardscape starts showing wear. The clay soils under most Dublin neighborhoods expand and contract with every wet and dry season, and over time that movement cracks concrete and shifts foundations. That is the kind of work we do every day.
We are based right here in Dublin. We serve homeowners across 12 communities from Castro Valley to Concord, from Livermore to San Leandro.
