Effective Date: January 1, 2026
By accessing the website at dublinmasonry.com, using our contact form, calling us, or engaging Dublin Masonry & Concrete ("we," "us," or "our") for any masonry or concrete services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting to this page.
Dublin Masonry & Concrete provides residential and commercial masonry and concrete services, including but not limited to foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick repair, driveway pavers, retaining wall construction, masonry restoration, fireplace installation, stone veneer installation, concrete block walls, walkway construction, brick wall installation, stone masonry, and brick pointing. Services are performed by licensed contractors in compliance with applicable California state regulations. The scope, timeline, and cost of each project are established in writing before work begins.
All estimates provided by Dublin Masonry & Concrete are free and carry no obligation. Estimates are based on information available at the time of the on-site assessment and represent our best projection of the cost and scope of work. Estimates are not final contracts.
A written proposal will be provided before any work begins. Pricing is fixed as of the date of the signed proposal unless the scope of work changes. If unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project - such as additional structural damage, hidden plumbing, or soil issues - we will notify you in writing and obtain your approval before proceeding with any work that falls outside the original proposal.
Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change after that period due to material cost fluctuations.
Project scheduling is confirmed in writing once a proposal is signed and any required deposit is received. Start dates are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or scheduling conflicts with prior projects.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, please provide at least 48 hours' notice by calling us at (925) 536-0012 or emailing info@dublinmasonry.com. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may result in a fee to cover crew mobilization costs already incurred.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unsafe working conditions, including extreme weather, and will notify you as soon as possible in those situations.
Payment terms are outlined in each written proposal. Most projects require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. The specific deposit amount and final payment schedule will be stated in your proposal.
Payment is due within the timeframe specified in your proposal. Overdue balances may be subject to a late fee. We reserve the right to suspend work on a project if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule.
We accept payment by check, credit card, or bank transfer as specified in your proposal. Receipts are provided upon request.
We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms are outlined in each written proposal and vary by project type and materials used. Our workmanship warranty covers defects in the work we perform, not normal wear and tear, damage caused by external forces, or issues arising from conditions outside our control such as ground movement, flooding, or acts of nature.
Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to the customer as applicable. We are not responsible for material defects that fall outside our installation practices.
Except as expressly stated in a signed written proposal, all services are provided "as is." We do not make any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is stated in writing. Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from homeowner modifications, improper use, or failure to maintain completed work according to our care instructions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dublin Masonry & Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of our website. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, loss of use, or property damage not directly caused by our work.
Our total liability for any claim related to a specific project shall not exceed the total amount you paid us for that project.
You agree to provide accurate information about the condition of your property, ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area, notify us of any known hazards (including buried utilities, underground structures, or environmental concerns), and obtain any permits required by your local municipality if such responsibility is designated to you in the proposal. Failure to disclose known conditions that affect the project may result in additional costs.
